30-Day Return Window

- Returned with all tags attached

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.
Contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
If the claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Your statutory rights remain unaffected where an item is faulty or not as described.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return the original item and place a new order for the preferred item after your return has been approved.
Refunds
